The Company moved in its private property offices and warehouses in Psiri Square

Business continued its growth. Establishment of Beretta Hellas Ltd

After WWII a continuous growth was experienced. Mr. Elias Stassinopoulos joined the company and became Société Anonyme

Company became involved with the industrial sector, also acquired the large BESSIA-REFSTA forest with thousands of acres of spruce, oak and plane trees.

Mr. Sarandos Stassinopoulos joined the Group and great emphasis given to exports.

The industry M.Stassinopoulos Laminates was established on a privately owned property, production under the trademark of Stacer that includes laminated chipboards and hardboards

The 3rd generation, Mr. Michalis and Antonis Stassinopoulos joined the management team.
